<note>Korean Air is a scheduled international carrier that has been operating in Indonesia since 1980. The problem identified in the study is to determine whether there are differences in no show passenger rates between peak season and low season for the flight route Jakarta Seoul. The purpose of the study is to identify differences in no show passenger rates during peak season and low season for the route Jakarta – Seoul in Korean Air at Jakarta Soekarno—Hatta International Airport from 2008 to 2009. The study used secondary data of passenger not reporting to the check in counter, and later the data was analyzed using Chi Square (X2). The writer analyzed the number of no show passenger in each class, i.e. first class, prestige (business) class, and economy class. Based on the X2 calculation, it resulted the following: for first class obtained X2count = 21.512 and X2table = 3.841 (X2count >X2table), for business class X2count = 40.296 and X2table = 3.841 (X2count >X2table), and for economy class X2count = 325.176 and X2table = 3.841 (X2count >X2table). Based on the proposed hypothesis, the results of hypothesis test in each class are as follows: because X2count >X2table, therefore H0 is rejected and Ha is retained. H0 proposed in the study is that there no differences in no show passenger rates between peak season and low season is rejected, as a result Ha is retained that there are differences in no show passenger rates between peak season and low season, whereas the highest rate obtained is during the peak season.</note>
