Abstract The handling of imported buffalo meat carried out by Perum BULOG as an effort to maintain food security and price stability in the country is carried out in stages following the import period starting from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022. Thus, Perum BULOG has projected it into the import stage following the capacity of importers and domestic stock-taking. One of the import projects in 2022 is phase 26, with a total quantum of 28,532,000 tons or as many as 1,019 containers. Perum BULOG appoints PT JPLB implementers to manage administrative documents and activities in the field which caused its margin of activity to decrease from 22.04 to 5.98%.
