Abstract:Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in developing their business sustainably and creating passive sources of income. This community service activity aims to increase MSME players' understanding of the concept of passive income as well as business optimization strategies to make them more productive and competitive. The method used in this socialization is interactive training-based education, which includes theoretical explanations, group discussions, and case simulations. The material presented includes the concepts of passive income, income diversification, use of digital technology, and effective marketing strategies. This activity involves MSME players from various sectors to ensure implementation that suits their business needs. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of passive income in supporting the financial stability of their business. In addition, participants are able to identify and implement business optimization strategies, such as marketing digitalization and operational efficiency. With this outreach, it is hoped that MSME players can be more innovative and adaptive in facing economic challenges and create more sustainable businesses.
