Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance mediated by rewards during the covid-19 pandemic at aviation services companies in Indonesia. The analysis was carried out using SmartPLS by giving a questionnaire to the officer unit employees. The results of the analysis show that motivation and work discipline have a direct positive contribution to employee performance by 36.2%, while motivation and work discipline, which is mediated by reward variable given to employees at the aviation services company during the covid-19 pandemic, contribute indirectly to employee performance by 30.2%. Hypothesis testing research, motivation and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance. The testing also showed that motivation and work discipline do not have a significant effect on employee performance by mediating rewards to employees.
