The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of funding decisions and financial performance on profit growth and its implications for the stock prices of shipping companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015- 2019 period. Some of the problems experienced by several companies, namely, funding decisions, can increase and decrease company growth. The importance of stock prices for companies requires improvement through funding decisions, financial performance, and profit growth. The research uses quantitative methods with statistical path analysis. The data for each research variable was obtained through document searches on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total sample is 45, which includes nine companies and conducted research for five years. The study results show that stock prices can be increased through funding decisions with debt only. Funding decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic are carried out carefully because of the uncertainty of circumstances that can affect the company's financial condition. The financial condition of shipping companies may be affected by the Covid-19 pandemic that is still sweeping the world.
