<note>In recent years, The development of rail industries have increased significantly.
For example, the costs of Jabodetabek LRT is 29 Trillion rupiah and first phase of
MRT is 16 Trillion rupiah. The cost budget prepared for second phase of MRT is
22 Trillion rupiah, and total investment of Jakarta – Bandung high-speed rail is
81 Trillion rupiah. The demands from rail passengers are also getting higher, so
that rail providers in Indonesia are required to be able to answer public
challenges. The level of customer satisfaction and the level of safety must always
be maintained. Due to the huge investment and loan funds which have to be
returned, strategies and policies from the government and rail providers are
needed, thus the rail industries do not lose their money. Furthermore, Indonesia
prepare to face industry 4.0, so the rail industries have to be able to prepare
themselves too. Data growth increase more and more, and varies. It becomes a
challenge for rail providers to be able to utilize the data and to process it. Thus it
can be a basis for managements to determine policies which are profitable for the
company and become the right policy for passengers. The development of rail
technologies, especially in signaling sector, have grown very fast, creating a
challenge for the companies to designing of integration architecture information
system</note>
