The pandemic period required PT. Citilink carries out an online inspection process which causes less
monitoring of PT. Indonesian Logistics Post. From the results of the research, it is suggested that the
inspection process should be carried out offline (on-site) so that you can see directly how the condition
of the warehouse is. Then the solution to the problems that often occur is that the inspector must be
more assertive and thorough in carrying out his duties. The inspector team must also be more active in
informing and explaining examples of evidence collection so close finding can be carried out in a timely
manner (on-time).
