PT. Garuda Indonesia, also known as Garuda Indonesia, is the state airline of the Republic of Indonesia, which has its head office at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Garuda Indonesia has joined the SkyTeam Alliance on March 5, 2014 in Bali, in order to prepare for its presence on the international scene. Garuda Indonesia operates scheduled flights to a number of destinations covering the continents of Asia, Europe and Australia from Jakarta, as well as focus cities and other cities for Hajj flights. The problem in this research is that Covid-19 has had a huge impact on business globally, it is inseparable from the aviation world that has been hit hard by the presence of Covid- 19, including the Garuda Indonesia airline, the Tanjungpinang representative office. In solving this problem, the authors then use the SWOT (Strength-Weakness- Opportunity-Threat) analysis method, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix and the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, to determine internally the strengths of Garuda Indonesia at the Tanjungpinang representative office, and externally to find out potential opportunities, as a basis for compiling a Marketing Strategy for Garuda Indonesia Tanjungpinang in dealing with the covid-19 virus epidemic.
