TKBM (workers who work for loading and unloading in port) really need training and understanding of the importance of safety and security to support activities and improve the safety of workers at the port. Port Basic Safety and Security Training or PBSST needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis. Therefore, ITL Trisakti lecturers are encouraged to implement PkM (community service) in the form of TKBM competencies. The purpose of this PkM is so that the TKBM in the Cirebon port can improve safety and security in working effectively and efficiently. The method used in this PkM is counseling with the following materials: 1). TKBM Productivity Management, 2). Work Motivation, 3). OHS Management System in Ports, 4). Mood Manage at Work, and 5). Conflict Management. The concept is that PBSST knowledge in TKBM will improve operations and increase loading and unloading productivity. From the results of this PkM, there was a significant increase in TKBM knowledge before the training was held compared to after the training, by conducting an independent sample t test. And the results of discussions with the Port Management show that there is a need for continuous improvement of TKBM competencies through socialization and training which will have an impact on improving port service performance.
