Purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of K3 in PT. IPC: Knowing the SOP Implementation (K3) procedures at PT IPC, analyzing problems in Implementation (K3) at PT IPC, and providing solutions to implementation problems (K3) at PT IPC. The research method used is qualitative with interview techniques. Data collection techniques using the calculation of weights rating. The data analysis technique used the SWOT analysis method by determining IFAS and IFES. The results of this study indicate that PT. IPC has a low accident rate, namely: the advantages of PT. IPC are the low work accident rate with a weight of 0.07 and a weakness The high risk of the spread of the covid-19 virus is still high at PT. IPC with a weight of 0.13.
