The purpose of this activity is to provide socialization regarding the settlement of medical logistics (Vaccine) claim problems to companies that handle medical logistics (vaccines) through the ground handling of Soekarno Hatta airport, so that they can have human resources who understand the procedures for handling medical logistics (vaccine) damage claims in accordance with the regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regarding Temperature Control Regulation and The Air Cargo Tariff, in order to improve services to customers and help government programs in overcoming the Covid 19 Pandemic. The activity was held on March 2, 2022 in Tangerang. Socialization method through hybrid learning with material presentation, question and answer and video playback. The participants of 19 people consisted of employees of various companies handling medical logistics (vaccines) at Soekarno Hatta Airport, 3 ITL Trisakti lecturers and 2 students. Based on the results of the pre-survey and post-survey, it can be concluded that there is an increase in participants' understanding of the procedures for handling medical logistics / vaccine claims after the socialization is carried out, then all participants state that socialization is useful and can be directly applied to the work of participants, while for the implementation of socialization almost all participants answer that socialization is very good so that it can be concluded that socialization runs effective and meet the objectives of this PKM activity. This activity has been published through the You tube channel so that it can be studied by the wider community.
