Indonesian airline industry has got an acknowledgement from
International Air Transport Association (IATA) as one of five airline markets with the world fastest growth of passengers. It is a big industry and grows so dynamically that it causes the competition get tighter and tighter. The growth of airline industry in the last five years indicates a significant increase, making
every airline company compete on satisfying all the customers’ needs and wants by setting fair prices and implementing relationship marketing and service quality
in order that they become loyal to use its services.
This research aims to find an alternative solution model through exploring and studying the data and information on the structural impacts among
relationship marketing, service quality, price fairness, and customer loyalty. The methods of research used are descriptive and verificative with data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling. Primary data is collected through a survey on 200
passengers of scheduled domestic airlines at the airport hubs in Java island.
The result of this research shows that customer loyalty is more dominantly created by relationship marketing through price fairness rather than by the
influence of service quality through price fairness. From the research findings, obtained a novelty with the title Price Fairness Model In Supporting Customer
Loyalty in Domestic Scheduled Airlines.
