The purpose of this community service activity is to provide socialization regarding the importance of certification and preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling general dangerous goods on airlines directly or through Ground Handling as flight representatives in Indonesia. This community service activity was carried out on February 25, 2022 through a zoom meeting with service partners, namely Air Asia as the airline . The method used in the implementation of this service is by conducting socialization using a relaxed but focused approach or online training to partner airlines or stakeholders who need it. The result of this service is the understanding of the transportation or aviation community regarding or airline personnel the average increament is 23,86% from 69,46% to 93,32% which is obtained from the pre and post test of 19 participants related to the procedure for preparing SOPs to obtain certification for the transportation of dangerous goods in Indonesia.
