THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND TRANSFORMATION OF THE DIGITAL PLATFORM NATIONAL LOGISTICS ECOSYSTEM ON THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0

This research was conducted by referring to users of the National Logistics Ecosystem's Digital Platform Service and users of shipping goods via sea transportation modes. The objective of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the National Logistic Ecosystem (NLE) Platform which can harmonize the traffic flow of goods and international documents from the arrival of the transportation means to the goods arrival at the warehouse, oriented to cooperation between government and private agencies through data exchange, process simplification, elimination of repetition and duplication. It is supported by an information about technology system that covers all related logistics processes and connects existing logistics systems which can facilitate interaction among stakeholders involved in the activity of shipping goods through sea transportation modes effectively and efficiently during the Covid-19 pandemic. A platform is created based on the needs of users of Marine Transportation Services and the Logistics industry. This study uses the theory of D&M information system success model created by De Lone and Mc Lean in 2003. In this study there are six indicators, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, user intentions, user satisfaction and net benefits. Quantitative approach was used as the methodology in this study. Data collection was done out by distributing questionnaires to users of the National Logistics Ecosystem Platform and users of goods delivery services via sea transportation mode. This type of descriptive research was chosen because the researcher only aims to describe the effectiveness of the NLE Digital Platform Service by examining the hypothesis. The test results show that all hypotheses are accepted both positively and significantly. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis test that the National Logistics Ecosystem Digital Platform can be stated to be very effective with the average of combining each indicator that produces a value of 3.63 which is in the very effective scale range.
