As a super-priority travel region in Indonesia, Likupang requires extensive development on its sea transportation facilities and infrastructure to support the acceleration of national tourism. The purpose of this research is to analyze the services provided by sea transportation facilities and infrastructures that support Likupang tourism objects and to determine the type of tourist ships and docks required by the Likupang to improve its tourism services. The results of the analysis show that the service rating of the ships, ports, and their accessibility is good, even though there are several indicators that must be improved such as the ships’ physical condition, boarding/departure punctuality, ticketing system, passenger boarding/dropoff system, the availability of tourist ship docks, the availability of supporting facilities in the port, and the availability of public transport in the port. There are two types of tourist ships developed in this research. The first type is type one and has a capacity of 30 passengers. The second type is type two and has a capacity of 80 passengers. With optimist prediction (positive economic growth), the demand for type one ship will reach 12 units in the year 2021, 18 in the year 2025, and 25 in the year 2023, while the demand for type two ships will reach two units in the year 2021, three in the year 2025, four the year 2023. A dock required by tourist ships in Likupang is predicted to be moored by a yacht ship that has LOA 12-21 m. The trestle alternative that can be used is with concrete construction, with a floating dock.
