ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI PROJECT YANG TERKAIT DENGAN PENERAPAN STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN DISTRIBUSI MATERIAL (Survey pada Pegawai Departemen Project Head Office Perusahaan Kawan Lama Retail Jakarta Tahun 2016

The objective of the research are as follows: (1) To determine the relationship
between the standard operating procedure (SOP) with employee performance. (2)
To determine the relationship between distribution service quality with employee
performance, and (3) To determine the relationship between Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) and distribution service quality simultaneously (together) with
employee performance. This research was conducted to employee in project
department at head office of kawan lama retail corporate with a sample of n=68
people/respondent selected.
The research are as follows: (1) There is a positive correlation between SOP (X1)
and employee performance (Y) which the relationship variables SOP (X1) and
employee performance (Y) is significant and very strong. (2) There is a positive
correlation between distribution service quality (X2) and employee performance (Y)
which the relationship variables distribution service quality (X2) and employee
performance (Y) is significant and strong. (3) There is a positive correlation between
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) (X1) and distribution service quality (X2)
simultaneously (together) with employee performance which the relationship
variables between standard operating procedure (SOP) (X1) and distribution service
quality (X2) is significant and strong to the employee performance (Y).
Based on the result of research, Employee Performance could increase as the
effect of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Distribution Service Quality.
