When the Weigh Bridge Operations are managed by the Regional Government, there is a lot of news in the mass media about bad service images and many illegal levies (Pungli) are found. so that all Weigh Bridge operations are temporarily closed and since 2017 it has been managed by the Central Government, in this case the Directorate General of Land Transportation, the Ministry of Transportation and the name of the Weigh Bridge has been changed to the Motor Vehicle Weighing Organizing Unit (UPPKB). Since 2019 by the Directorate General of Land Transportation, the Ministry of Transportation, all UPPKBs operated have implemented the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System. From the results of research on UPPKB in Region IX, West Java Province, it has a positive
impact on Service Image and has a standardized Monitoring, Enforcement and Recording Mechanism between one UPPKB and another.
The research data used is based on primary and secondary data for 6 (six) months and evaluated by researchers using the ADDIE Model. The results of analysis and evaluation at UPPKB Region-IX of West Java Province show an increase in service, similarity in the process of Supervision, Enforcement and Recording and have carried out measurements of Customer Satisfaction and meet the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System even though one UPPKB has variations in perception. different judgments.
