The aim of this study is to examine and find out the effect of Occupational safety and health (K3) on the performance of employees at PT CIPTA KRIDA BAHARI.. The research method used in this study was quantitative, and the application of SPSS Version 25 was used to analyze data. The data were collected by giving questionnaires to related companies. In this study, researchers used simple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing.
