Nowadays, a lot of freight forwarding companies are struggling to achieve ends meet in accord with the recent outbreak of Covid-19. In an organization such as a company, human resources play an important role to achieve company goals and employee productivity. The performance of human resources often defines a company’s capability. Several issues that emerged in these pandemic times, such as the declining export orders. This issue directly effects employee’s productivity because of the scarce work task and the different work environments due to regulations.
