Peningkatan Daya Saing PT. Wahana Multi Logistik di Transisi Era Normal Baru Tahun 2020

The research objective was to determine the relationship between leadership and organizational
culture with competitiveness in PT. Wahana Multi Logistik (PT. WML) in the new normal transition
era 2020. The research method used was a survey using correlational analysis. The population in
this study were 40 employees, and the sample was 30 employees who were selected by purposive
random sampling technique. This study concludes that there is a positive relationship between
organizational culture with competitiveness, and leadership with competitiveness. In addition, there
is a positive correlation between organizational culture, and leadership together with
competitiveness. Therefore, based on the research results, the competitiveness of PT. Wahana Multi
Logistik (PT. WML) in the new normal transition era in 2020 can be improved through leadership
and organizational culture.
