EVALUASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN TRANSPORTASI DARAT DALAM MENDUKUNG KORIDOR EKONOMI DAN PARIWISATA DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2020: laporan penelitian

ABSTRAK
Sektor transportasi sangat berperan terhadap sektor ekonomi, karena sangat menunjang kegiatan perekonomian suatu wilayah, baik secara lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Kondisi sektor transportasi khususnya transportasi darat di Wilayah Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, memerlukan pengembangan agar dapat mendukung koridor ekonomi dan pariwisata di wilayah propinsi ini. Model penelitian kombinasi adalah sequential (model urutan). Model urutan penemuan yang dipilih adalah model urutan penemuan (sequential exploratory design). Secara umum, metodologi studi ini jenis penelitiannya kualitatif dengan metode Analisis Model Spradley, yaitu Analisis Domain, Taksonomi, Komponensial Dan Tema Kultural. Berdasarkan penilaian rata-rata keseluruhan mengenai pengembangan jaringan jalan lokasi objek wisata yang disurvey diperoleh penilaian baik. Penilaian survey lokasi wisata yang tertinggi adalah Candi Prambanan dan terendah adalah Candi Borobudur. Dari hasil perhitungan lokasi wisata Candi Prambanan, Jalan Malioboro dan Kebun Binatang, adalah lokasi wisata yang memiliki nilai di atas rata-rata. Sedangkan lokasi wisata Candi Borobudur dan Pantai parangtritis memiliki nilai dibawah rata-rata, semoga hal ini akan menjadi perhatian bagi Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi terhadap objek-objek wisata yang berada di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dari aspek aksesibilitas kondisi infrastruktur jalan, papan penunjuk arah untuk menuju ke destinasi wisata, moda transportasi yang digunakan oleh wisatawan, dan ketersediaan moda transportasi umum untuk menuju ke destinasi iwisata sudah memadai dan sudah memuaskan bagi para wisatawan. Pada kriteria jaringan prasarana jalan telah mendukung keterpaduan transportasi antarmoda ke lokasi-lokasi wisata yang terdapat di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sedangkan kriteria jaringan pelayanan jalan untuk mendukung keterpaduan transportasi antarmoda yang perlu dikembangkan adalah regulasi keterpaduan pelayanan. Efektivitas dalam mendukung pengembangan wilayah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan daerah, sehingga realisasi pembangunan dapat tercapai secara optimal.

ABSTRACT
The transportation sector plays a very important role in the economic sector, because it greatly supports the economic activities of a region, both locally, nationally and internationally. The condition of the transportation sector, especially land transportation in the Yogyakarta Region Province, requires development in order to support the economic and tourism corridors in this province. The combination research model is a sequential (sequence model). The discovery sequence model chosen is the sequential exploratory design. In general, the methodology of this study is qualitative research with the Spradley Model Analysis method, namely Domain Analysis, Taxonomy, Compounds and Cultural Themes. Based on the overall average assessment regarding the development of the road network for the location of the surveyed tourist attraction, it is obtained a good assessment. The highest survey assessment of tourist locations is Prambanan Temple and the lowest is Borobudur Temple. From the calculation of the tourist locations of Prambanan Temple, Malioboro Street and the Zoo, are tourist sites that have values above average. While the tourist sites of Borobudur Temple and Parangtritis Beach have a value below average, hopefully this will be a concern for the Provincial Government of tourist objects in the Yogyakarta Region. In terms of accessibility, road infrastructure conditions, signposts to go to tourist destinations, modes of transportation used by tourists, and the availability of public transportation modes to get to tourist destinations are adequate and satisfying for tourists. The criteria for the road infrastructure network have supported the integration of intermoda transportation to tourist locations in the Region of Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, the criteria for the road service network to support the integration of intermoda transportation that need to be developed is the service integration regulation. Effectiveness in supporting regional development is expected to improve the quality of regional development, so that the realization of development can be achieved optimally.
