This study aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Image and Customer Satisfaction on the Behavioral Intention of Passengers . A number of hypotheses are examined using a sample of Pasanngers of Low-cost Airlines in Indonesia (Lion Air, Citilink and Sriwijaya Air). Using SPSS-AMOS, data were collected from 425 passengers who travel from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta to four main Airports in Indonesia such as Kuala Namo Airport Medan, Juanda Airport Surabaya, Ngurah Rai Bali, Hasanuddin Ujung Pandang. We find that Service Quality, Image and Customer Statisfaction have positive effects on Passengers behavioral intention. Type of Paper: Empirical/Review
