In such full of challenge conditions, Garuda Indonesia remains optimistic about the future by setting the direction of Quick Wins strategy and value of “One Family, One Nation, One Garuda Indonesia” in managing the Company. These strategies have become the strong basis for Garuda Indonesia to develop and expand in the subsequent years. The business management in 2019 was also strengthened values of One Family, One Nation, One Garuda Indonesia so that Garuda Indonesia can continue to provide the best service for Indonesia. Garuda Indonesia also implements key work programs to develop revenue beyond the aviation business, so that it becomes a strong foundation for Garuda Indonesia to develop and expand in the next period. This reserach is to determine the Cost Index and its impact on operational cost efficiency in B777-300ER (Garuda Indonesia case study). This research use desciptive qualitative approach, data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used in this reserach is the cost index using navblue. The results of this study are to determine the extent of the cost index, the impact of increasing efficiency B777-300ER operational costs, in order to help companies make the right decision.
