<note>PT. Garuda Indonesia is one of Indonesia's national airline, one of the largest in Asia. The problem in this thesis is there any relation against Air Traffic On Time Performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia flight 2012-2013 at Soettaa airport. The purpose of the study is to investigate and understand the relationship between Air Traffic and On Time Performance, to break down the problem the authors use two methods, namely, the first method of data collection in the form of a data field (field research) and the data library. Both methods of data analysis using regression analysis, correlation coefficient, the coefficient determinant, and hypothesis testing. And the analysis and discussion showed no significant relationship between Air Traffic with On Time performace is shown by a simple linear regression line equation is: y = 115.9 + (- 0.001 X) means, if the variable X (Air Traffic) increased 1%, then the variable Y (On Time Performance) will decrease by 0.001%. Based on the analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) of -0.40. Meaning: The relationship of variable X (Air Traffic) to variable Y (On Time Performance) is low. Determinant coefficient (Dco) by 16%, which means that the contribution of the variable X (Air Traffic) to fluctuations in the variable Y (On Time Performance) by 16% and the remaining 84% is the influence of other factors that are not of this research and hypothesis test results show correlation is not significant ont_count = - 2.048.</note>
